The following rules are a guide to entrants
- Cartoons must be a comment or observation on local Australian events
- The message of the cartoon must be intelligent and hopefully witty
- Slander, insults or poor taste will cause an entry to be rejected
- AI has a block on content that vilifies any race or ethnicity.
- In the same vein this site will not consider any cartoon which promotes a political ideology
- The site is meant for people to have a laugh at the machinations of society but not at the expense of manners and good taste
- All submissions made to Puntersville become the property of Puntersville.
- The opinion of the moderator is final and no discussion will be entertained.
